Guys, always be happy. Life has so much to offer, you know? We shouldn't even let a minute pass by without having a smile on our face. Yes, sadness is a natural phenomenon that goes hand in hand with happiness, but we should always be positive and look at the light at the end of the tunnel; there's always light at the end of the tunnel. We all have a story. All stories *WILL* end on positive notes. Not all chapters do, but stories, yes. So whenever life kicks you, you take the pain, feel it, roll it into a ball and say to the ball "is this all you got to knock me down?" Make it feel how small it is compared to the positivity that you surround yourself with. We all make plans. Sometimes they don't work. Hard luck! Doesn't mean we should stop making plans. Maybe our purpose in life is to keep making (& failing) new plans until we come up with that plan that gives us reason to wake up in the morning; a reason to inspire change; a reason to give meaning to lives of all the people seeking direction in life.
Travel as much as possible. Don’t make “ifs and buts” excuses in your head. Travel wherever you can, with whoever you can. For travelling opens up our hearts and souls and it invites good vibes in our souls & bodies. Many a times, before we set out for our journey, the negativities make their presence felt. It chains our hands and feet and minds and drags us to the pit. But as soon as we take that first step (yes, trust me, just the first step), we realize the chains weren’t attached to our feet but they were clenching the feet of everything that was dragging us down. Now you are free; now you travel; now you explore; now you say YES to every new experience; now you look forward to every new conversation; now you grow; now you LIVE.
Coffee is the taste of life. When you take that first sip of coffee in the morning, it truly makes you appreciate the goodness life has to offer. This coffee begins its journey as a seed in the soil of Guatemala or Columbia or Brazil (or any of the 70+ countries that coffee bean grows in) and ends it in the hands of the craftsmen who use their carefully designed and neatly calibrated gadgets to make sure they extract all the flavors of life out of the coffee bean. Coffee isn’t just a drink. It is God talking to us through coffee (adapted from Marshall Eriksen line about food).
Always surround yourself with the right people. It is easier said than done, right? Right! But trust me, the people that you are supposed to be with, will always find a way in your life like the flake of ice that starts its journey at the apex of Karakoram Mountains and ends it in the Arabian Sea. So don’t worry; it will all work out.
